Rates

Winter Season (November, December, January, February & March):
From Cdn$350 per night or Cdn$2,205 per week, plus taxes, single or double occupancy
Each Additional Person: Cdn$25 per night or Cdn$157.50 per week, plus taxes

Shoulder Season Months (October, April & May):
From Cdn$400 per night or Cdn$2,520 per week, plus taxes, single or double occupancy
Each Additional Person: Cdn$25 per night or $157.50 per week, plus taxes

Summer Season (June, July, August & September):
From Cdn$450 per night or Cdn$2,835 per week, plus taxes, single or double occupancy

Each Additional Person: Cdn$25 per night or Cdn$157.50 per week, plus taxes

Taxes:

15% is applicable on all charges, which includes 5% GST, 8% PST and 2% Municipal & Regional District Tax.

 

Capacity:

Up to four guests (two bedrooms, each with a queen bed). InTheBluff is not available for gatherings, parties or ceremonies.

​

Children:

InTheBluff is high up atop completely natural and non-fenced cliffs. The tidal waters of Active Pass are generally cold and fast-moving, thus not being ideal for swimming.  While the cliffs and fast-moving water are stunning, InTheBluff's location and setup are not ideal for children.

​

Pets:

As much as we love pets, InTheBluff greatly respects our local wildlife including an abundance of deer living on the property. We are widely marketed as being "pet free" without exception even for the nicest dogs & cats.

​

Minimum Stay:

Three nights (when requesting dates, please do not leave single nights between bookings).  A two night booking may be accepted when between two longer stays.   

​

Cleaning Charge:

We do not request an additional cleaning fee. We do however ask that guests (with a car) take their garbage and recycling back to the city if it is convenient for them to dispose of. 

​

Payment:
Cdn$250 on Visa, MasterCard or e-Transfer at the time of booking, balance due one week prior to arrival (automatically applied to the same credit card unless alternative arrangements are requested beforehand). All funds in Canadian Dollars.

Cancellation policy:

Full refund less Cdn$25 admin fee with four weeks' notice prior to scheduled arrival.

Ferry Reservations

Reservations are strongly recommended & essential much of the time on the Tsawwassen (Vancouver) route whereas reservations are not available on the Swartz Bay (Victoria) route to and from Galiano Island (Sturdies Bay)
